Zamira's Class Schedule - Spring 2010

All classes take place at Makin' Moves Dance Studio
1196 Bank Street at Ossington Avenue, Old Ottawa South

Classes focus on bringing the joy of Belly Dance to as many women and girls as I can reach. The style I teach is Canadian Belly Dance. It is an amalgamation of Belly Dance styles from many different regions and cultures.

**New class schedule for Spring 2010**

Belly Dance Adult all levels
A Beginner-Intermediate Belly Dance class with an emphasis on flexibility, muscle isolation and increasing muscle strength and grace. To run this class a minimum of 6 students is required.

Wednesday 7:00-8:00 PM
Mar 24 - May 26, 2010 10 one hour classes $110

Drop-in fee $12 cash per class - no registration necessary. Come try a class this week.
